How dish ranking works
How do you rank vegan dishes?
Each restaurant is scored on how good their vegan version of a specific dish is. A place might have a mediocre menu overall but make incredible vegan ramen — that shows up here. The score comes from what reviewers say about the vegan version of that dish. The Vegan Friendliness grade (A through E) on each card is shown separately and doesn't change the order, so a place that's hard to order vegan at can still rank for one great dish.
Why rank by dish instead of just by restaurant?
Because a great vegan burger spot and a great vegan sushi spot are solving different cravings. Most vegan guides just list "vegan restaurants." That doesn't help when you want pizza at 11 PM in Chicago.
How many cities and dishes do you cover?
