About

Blaze Pizza serves thin-crust, customizable 11" pizzas with vegan cheese and multiple crust choices, including gluten-free. Diners appreciate watching their pizzas bake in a large oven and enjoy bottomless Cherry Coke and lemonade. The price for a make-your-own pizza is around $16, and plenty of toppings are available, although meat and dairy are also served — so vegans need to choose carefully.
